Near Ngorongoro - Feb 1891. There were great numbers of game and I often heard shots: a rhinoceros had attacked the caravan in blind anger. |

Among the game there were the borad backs of the rhinoceros. Although I am not much of a hunter, that day I shot 1 gnu and 3 rhino, and the latter were left for the Maasai. |
