Here is the brief history of Kal, a young white rhino (5 years old, over than 3 tonn) born in Germany and later translocated to the Etosha National Park (Namibia).
The Kal's adventure begins in the Serengeti Zoo, near Hoden Hagen, the director of which is an Italian scientist, Fabrizio Sepe, who during over than 20 years was engaged in a difficult deed: to try the white rhinoceros reproductions in captivity.
Under his direction, 16 white rhinoceroses were born in the Serengeti Zoo.
