KwaZulu-Natal game sale, held Mtubatuba, 21 June 1997. Total turnover was Rand 6.597.000 which could have been higher had not 6 black rhino been withdrawn and about 100 less white rhino been offered.
White rhino, total 39 offered and all sold, highest price R 160.000, average R 82.051, turnover for these specimens R 3.200.000 [= 48.5 % of total].
