1942, A pair seen in the vicinity of Deka River, near Robins Camp. In 1946 they wandered onto Sunnyside Farm, now called Mbisa, on the railway between Ngamo and Ingwe Siding, where male was mistaken for eland and shot in 1946. The other wandered a great deal, spoor last seen in the vicinity of Ngamo. Believed to have been poached as a piece of skin was found in a Bushman Camp near the Nata River in 1956
