Wildlife parts found outside the park are stored in the Forest Department's rooms at Tikauli (Chitwan Dt.) under the jurisdiction of the District Forest officer at Bharatpur, products found inside the park are deposited at headquarters of the park at Kasara. Until early 1990s rhino products like horns and nails regularly sent to Royal Palace in Kathmandu, but stopped after multi-party democracy. On 9 Nov 1997, there was a large stockpile
