former localities. Kasempa district about 25' E. 13.55' S. A record obtained from an old Game Guard who recalls seeing a rhino several years ago at the Loba stream where be used to live. This is accepted as entirely reliable.

In Kalabo District no record of rhinoceros, nor any reason to suppose that they may have ever existed there.

There is no record of any sort as far as I have been able to trace from Kabompo, Mwinilunga or Solwezi districts. Possibly it may have occurred at one time in extreme eastern and southeastern Solwezi near the Ndola border.
