The situation in both the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Cameroon remains critical and of concem. Lack of any real high level government will and commitment to rhino conservation in Cameroon continues to be a major problem hampering conservation of the last western black rhino (Diceros bicomis longipes).
