Dish sold by Bonham Auction House 29 September 2021, lot 78. https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/27326/lot/78/<br>Of quatrelobed form, painted with a rhinoceros before palm trees, probably by John Brewer, reserved on a mint-green ground within a gilt foliate and scrollwork border, with a gilt line rim, 24.8cm wide, crown, crossed batons and D mark and pattern number 268 in blue, impressed H<br>The rhino depiction by James Tookey found printed in Church, J. et al., 1805.
