Hi im new here and rhinos have always been my favorite animal i was wondering do any of you all think a large male white rhino in his prime can weigh 4 tons?

Considering this: The largest shipment of animals ever received by San Diego Zoo arrived by rail and was unloaded on 18 Feb 1971. Twenty white rhinos completed their journey from Umfolozi. The animals and their shipping crates weight about 40,000 kg. This would result in 2,000kg for 1 rhino and their crate. Thus i don't think it's possible!
